LUCIUS WOODS COUNTY PARK

Located on Upper St. Croix Lake in the village of Solon Springs, this park offers visitors 32 total sites: 23 with electrical and water hook-ups and, 9 non-electric campsites each containing fire rings and picnic tables.  Lucius Woods amenities include showers, flush toilets, a sanitary dump station, opportunities for picnicking, swimming, hiking, the Music in the Park concert series, and excellent fishing opportunities.

The park has many hiking trails, two picnic shelter, children's playground, a beautiful swimming beach, a rentable large log pavilion with a fieldstone fireplace and restrooms, many picnic areas with grills, and an open-air performing arts amphitheater.  The amphitheater is home to Music in the Park, an annual outdoor concert series on the shore of Lake St. Croix.  The Giesen Concert Shell is the backdrop for the performances on Saturday evenings throughout the summer.  The schedule changes annually.  To view a schedule of the concerts, visit Lucius Woods Performing Arts Center.  All picnic shelters are first come first serve.  If you would like to rent the Log Pavilion or sound shell please contact the forestry office at (715)378-2219.

Campsite Reservations will be available for the standard Camping Season May 19th - September 10th Starting February 1st at 9 am for the current camping season.

Once a Reservation is made a Customer Portal confirmation email will be sent.  Once registered through the customer portal campers will be able to make minor changes, cancel, or view reservations through the Customer Portal of each campground.  Make sure that you are logged on to the correct customer portal if you make reservations in other Douglas County Forestry Campgrounds.
